Refunds, Returns, and Shipping
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it for a full refund. See details below.
To return your product:
TIME - Refunds may be requested up to 60 days from the purchase date.
METHOD - Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used for purchase (Paypal, Credit Card, etc.)
CONTACT - Contact us at rebeccagjostein@gmail.com or 614-406-3507 to initiate a return and refund. When contacting us please provide the order number and reason for the return.
PRODUCT RETURN - Once a refund is requested we will send a return shipping label to you via email. Please place the unused/new product into the original shipping box and attach the return label. Feel free to keep any literature or gifts you may have received.
FULL REFUND - Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund for the item to your payment account (Credit Card, Paypal, etc.)
N.B. - If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING
Shipping within the United States is a flat rate donation of $5.00. Items are typically shipped in 7-14 business days due to the fact that there are usually a large number of orders and all items are handcrafted when ordered. Shipping for International orders is a flat rate donation of $15.00.
